Derek Skelton approached LBA in 1993 to sell his Luton based industrial business Prostaff Recruitment. LBA introduced Derek to PMP a multibranch agency operating in the industrial, technical and training markets.
Derek went on to have a highly successful career in PMP and was rewarded with a substantial minority shareholding in the company. Terry Warren the founder and majority shareholder at PMP stayed in touch with LBA and approached LBA to find a buyer in 2005. LBA introduced a major recruitment group and a sale was affected in May 2006.
