We always act for the seller.
We never act for buyers and this ensures that there is no conflict of interest. The seller is our client and we have an absolute duty of care to our sellers.
Every disclosure a client makes to LBA is treated as strictly private and confidential. We never contact third parties or release any information without our clients’ express permission.
We vet potential buyers very carefully and we always obtain their signature on a Non Disclosure Agreement prior to working with them.

We have worked in the Recruitment Industry for over 30 years so we know the industry inside out. We know which buyers can be trusted and we know which to be wary of.

We know who the best buyers are and this means that we can go straight to the key buyers without the need to advertise or circularise a business for sale.
