Our service is flexible according to the needs of the clients.  In a typical sale we would provide the following service:

We carry out a thorough evaluation of the client's business, which includes the all important valuation.

  • We use our unrivalled knowledge of the industry to identify the most appropriate buyers. We never circularise or advertise client's businesses. No one is contacted without the client's permission.
  • We obtain a signed confidentiality agreement from every potential buyer.
  • We carefully screen any buyer not previously known to us.
  • We supply information to appropriate buyers, arrange meetings between buyers and our clients and assist and advise on negotiations with interested buyers.
  • We act as co-ordinator throughout the sale ensuring that the parties and their advisors work effectively towards completion.
  • We work to co-ordinate the roles of accountants and solicitors advising the client to maximise the effectiveness of everyone involved in the sale.
  • We advise on sensitive issues such as informing key staff of the sale.
We always advise owners to contact us well in advance of an anticipated sale so that we can advise on steps that can be taken to maximise the value of the business and achieve the type of sale required.
