Some recruiters who are finding the post-Brexit, post-Covid market tough, need to look carefully at their business models.

We seem to be sliding into a recession again.  That usually means a tough time for us in recruitment.  That said, things are rather different this time around. 

We are heading into a recession.  Recruitment may not be hit as hard as in previous recessions, because unemployment is at a historically low level and there are chronic shortages of staff across the economy.
